Terms and Conditions
- Itinerary & Accommodation:
- The sequence of the day-wise itinerary, accommodation, and tour program may change due to traffic schedules, road restrictions, or unforeseen events (e.g., landslides, natural calamities).
- Accommodation may be changed in unforeseen circumstances; a similar standard will be provided.
- Costs & Payments:
- Any hike in transport (including fuel surcharges), accommodation, or related expenses will affect the overall cost, requiring additional payment during the tour.
- Any additional costs due to itinerary changes (e.g., landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions) must be paid during the tour.
- Luggage & Gear:
- Only backpacks allowed; max weight 15-20Kg per person. Extra luggage will incur additional charges.
- Riders and pillions must wear helmets and safety gear during the motorbike ride.
- Health & Safety:
- If most group members fall sick, you may be shifted to a vehicle without a marshal on the motorbike. Continuing on a motorbike will incur additional costs.
- In case of state union issues or clashes, you may be shifted to a vehicle, and no marshal will be provided on the motorbike.
- Bike Responsibility:
- Any bike damage caused by the rider or pillion must be paid for immediately.
- If you abort/discontinue the tour or change your route, extra costs will be your responsibility and must be paid on the spot.
- The tour is not for beginners; prior riding experience is required.
- A £120 security deposit is required for the motorbike. Any damage costs will be deducted; if no damage occurs, the full deposit will be refunded.
